Please be sure to check your email on file, including your spam or junk folder if you don't see it. We recommend adding us to your safe contacts to ensure you don't miss your proof or any updates.

After receiving your proof, you can request revisions anytime we offer unlimited revisions based on what's included in your original order. Our goal is to make sure you absolutely love your artwork.

To request a revision, simply reply with clear, written instructions outlining the changes you'd like. If submitting a new reference photo, make sure it is clear and matches the angle and pose of your original portrait for the best results.

If you'd like to add new elements or upgrades not included in your initial order, we're happy to do so, these will be invoiced separately.

Because each piece is custom illustrated, we do not offer refunds once work has begun on your portrait. However, we stand behind our work and will make revisions until you're completely satisfied.

Our system automatically erases your personal photo once your portrait is completed.

Upon completion, the custom portrait is the property of the customer, with full rights for personal use.
