Details

Please do your best to include any and all details as to how you would like to be drawn. For example..."I'm a dark brunette" or "she has a mole above her lip." or "I would like the body shape like mine"...

Pictures

If your selected pose is a side profile, please do your best to include an uploaded image with the same profile. This ensures we capture all the details correctly to make your portrait perfect!

Each custom pinup portrait from your photo is made-to-order by a real illustrator, which means production begins as soon as your image is submitted and approved. Because every piece is fully personalized, we take extra care to ensure your artwork is created and delivered with the highest quality.

Delivery Options

Customers can choose between:

• Digital Download – perfect for faster delivery and flexible printing
• Printed Artwork – including our popular framed canvas and premium print options, shipped directly to your door

Shipping times vary depending on your selected format and location, but all physical orders are carefully packaged to protect your vintage pinup art during transit.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our personalized pinup portraits, we do not offer returns or refunds once work has begun. Each portrait is uniquely created from your photo, making it impossible to restock or resell.

Damaged Orders

If your printed artwork arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement that reflects the quality of your custom pinup portrait print.

Whether you choose a 1940s classic pinup style or a 1950s playful retro portrait, your artwork is crafted just for you—making it a meaningful, one-of-a-kind piece worth the wait.
