Our team of artists work as fast as they can.  At times they are very busy. We aim to email you portrait proof within 5-10 business days. Be sure to order in advance in peak seasons.

*Please be aware that the demand for portrait creations during peak holiday seasons (ie. Christmas, Valentine's Day, ect.) is extremely high. Please allow some additional time for processing. We are working as fast as possible to get you the artwork that you deserve without compromising quality.

We cannot refund any orders that have been illustrated due to customization

Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the essence of the person and are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait.

Yes, absolutely. Print at home or at any print store of your choosing.

The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us 

The better quality the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you. But do not worry, we will let you know if we are having any issues.

All digital portrait orders sales are final. Due to the customization, once a customised character portrait order is placed, returns cannot be granted.

Customised was spelled wrong so correct that also change “character portrait” to “Pinup portrait”

Not at all! Go ahead and send us individual pictures of the people/pets that you would like included in the portrait and we will do the rest.

Absolutely! Our talented artists will fill in the missing elements of your photo to ensure your portrait is perfect!

Step 1: Choose your pose from one of our featured girls. All girls are named under their picture. All poses and clothing will stay the same. For best results, upload pictures of your face that match the angle of your chosen pose. You can also add comments for our artist if you have any identifying characteristics you don’t want them to miss. Example: hair color, hair style, tattoo's, skin tone, eye color

Step 2: After our artists create your personalized portrait, you will receive an email link to view your proof of the design.
